The week of April 20-24 is Week of the Young Child. Abby's preschool class each got a cardboard child cutout to decorate. The assignment was to have the child proceed to dress this little person as what they want to be when they grow up. Well, Abby said she wants to be a Dancer. Sooo, we went to Grandma Robyn's house to get some ideas. We took some of grandma's scrap material and made a dress and added some lace to it. Grandma has lots of beads, so her and Abby made a necklace and bracelet. We added some shoes, painted fingernails, and a bow in her hair. Also, notice the 'BLING' that was added to the dress and the shoes. Abby also wanted a ring to go with the rest of her 'JEWELS'. We had lots of fun doing this little "Science Project" as Abby called it. This is what the end product looks like. All of these little future career people will be hanging at The Lovell Drug.
