Studio Singers

Here is my brother singing "Ruby Baby", one of my grandma and I's favorite songs that the group sings.

On Friday night, April 3, we got to go and listen to the Studio Singers at the Powell College. My brother sings in the group and was performing for the second time that week. Friday started out as a pretty busy day. Ruben and I took the girls to school and Abby to granny's, and took off for Billings. I had a doctor's appointment at 11 am. After that, we went and saw Brandon Jolley in the hospital. He got in a bad accident at work and was injured pretty badly. We then went and ate at Red Lobster, went to Costco, and Walmart in Laurel. We left Laurel at about 3:45 pm and needed to be in Lovell by 5:15 for Whitney's basketball game. We barely made it right on time. After Whit's game, the girls, granny and I headed for Powell. My mom met us at McDonald's for a quick dinner so we could get over to the college by 7:00.

We had a funfilled evening listening to all of the awesome talent that makes up the choir. Several of the students sang solos, and several had solo parts in some of the songs that the whole group sang together. They all have great voices and I especially love to hear my brother sing. He has a great talent and I hope he continues to use it throughout his life. Thanks Pat for sharing your talent with us.
